Shane's unique style is based on the curves, organic shapes and forms that we find in the world around us. His glass is chosen with great care so that it reflects light in all its beauty and diversity

His early work was with copper, enamelling and jewellery making. He moved into furniture restoration, learning and developing the techniques of French polishing, wood carving, wood turning and marquetry.

Shane has now moved full time into the design and manufacture of unique, customised stained glass panels. Through training in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and working with skilled artisans he developed the techniques of design, glass selection, leading, painting and sandblasting.
